How do I begin?

We have designed our website with your convenience in mind! You may easily browse our many experiences by specific category and even location. You may also find what you’re looking for by using the keyword search function at the top of each page throughout the site. Search by region at any time using the list of locations at the bottom of the website.  Our directory (linked at the very top of the website) will provide you with options for hotels, restaurants, attractions and much more.  If you would like to speak to a live, friendly voice you can contact a Cape Fear Tours customer service professional for assistance at (910) 777 7407.

Will I need to pay sales tax?

This is a question for the product vendor, answers may differ between vendors.

What type of payment do your partners accept?

Most products can be purchased using Visa or Mastercard. Some partners will also offer American Express and Discover Card. We recommend that you ask your representative before booking.

Can I customize an experience?

Perhaps.  You should provide the vendor with specific requests regarding the experience you desire.  It’s likely a change to the typical product or service can be arranged, this may incur further costs.

Can I purchase a product as a gift?

Of course! These products work great as gifts. We just ask that the recipient is appropriately prepared for the experience. If you are uncertain about any element of the experience you are purchasing, talk to your product representative. We can also help you find the perfect gift by contacting us directly!

Can experiences be rescheduled or canceled?

Tricky one that.  We recommend that you ask ahead of time.  Each vendor has time and/or money staked in the arrangement, so do your best to stick to the game plan.  Cape Fear Tours strives to make every experience an enjoyable one and will make every attempt possible to resolve the issue should an unavoidable occurrence arise.

Are there any restrictions that need to be considered before selecting an experience?

Some experiences stipulate that the recipient meet certain age, weight, height, experience and even health requirements. It’s the vendors responsibility to disclose this information to your prior to booking, but raise your own concerns too.  Charges may apply that occur as a result of an experience being canceled due to the fact that minimum requirements have not been met.

What if I don’t show up for a scheduled experience?

If you fail to show or do not meet the cancellation deadline the experience may be forfeited at your expense. Be sure to show up on time, and call ahead if you are running late.

Do you offer insurance?

We suggest that each recipient make the proper arrangements for their own insurance. Please note that some experiences will require the participant to sign a waiver before the experience begins.  Most vendors will have some level of liability insurance built into their products, however we cannot guarantee this for each vendor.  Ask if you are unsure.

Are there experiences available for corporations?
